Randy is Hilb Group’s Marine Director and specializes in placement of Commercial Vessels and Yachts, Shiprepair and Marine Contracting risks. He has worked as a Boat Builder and Repairer as well as a delivery skipper, so is familiar with the Recreational market as well as the Commercial. Randy began his insurance career as a Claims Adjuster which taught him the value of a well-crafted policy. Randy is a graduate of the University of Vermont and did his graduate work at New York Maritime Academy.
Randy and his wife enjoy boating with their 3 grown children in their Rhode Island home waters – or anywhere else for that matter!
